She also teaches simple techniques to help you stay in better balance as you learn to move beyond the things that cause limitations and imbalances in your life. Sessions can help support your overall health and wellness goals whether they are related to a specific illness, addiction or stressful life event, such as a the death of a loved one, a divorce or the loss of a job. They can also support your wellness and prevention goals.

All sessions are individualized based on the concerns you want to address and the focus you choose.

Sessions vary in length and are usually about an hour long. The number of sessions required is individualized depending on your goals and the outcome of the previous session. In general, it takes 3 - 4 sessions to restore overall balance, with the number of additional sessions needed varying, based on the conditions being addressed.
